SIDNEY SHARPSHOOTERS 4-H YOUTH PROGRAMS

Archery, BB-Gun, .22-Caliber Rimfire rifle, and Trap Shooting Programs

Any youth aged 8 years old (as of the previous Dec. 31st) through 18 years old who is actively enrolled in public school or a home-school program in Cheyenne County, Nebraska, is eligible to participate. Youths from surrounding towns without a program such as Dalton, Gurley, and Potter are welcome to be a part of the Sidney Sharpshooters program.

(Notice that the minimum age for shotgun is 9 years old, but some youth may be too small to participate until they grow a bit!)

All participants in the Archery, BB-gun, .22-caliber Rimfire Rifle, or Trap Shooting programs must be enrolled in the Sidney Sharpshooters 4-H program.  Please contact the Cheyenne County Extension Office at 308-254-4455 to register, or sign up online at http://ne.4honline.com/.

Previous year (Oct. 1 - Sept. 30) members need to enroll again before participating in this year's events.  Please make sure to complete the permission section for shooting sports.  There is a $10 annual fee which can be paid online.

Requirements

Youth Requirements:

• Open to all youth aged 8-18 enrolled in public school or home-schooled in Cheyenne County, Nebraska

• Shotgun age is 9-18

• All 4-H youth must enroll yearly at ne.4honline.com

• There is a $10 per year charge to enroll
